The SDS Series* rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements. These sealers may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lid stock.This SDS Series unit is has six- station design. The standard sealers feature one sealing station with the remaining stations used for loading and unloading of the products. The SDS Series rotary heat sealers are designed to include an optional automatic card feeding system and automatic package discharge system. The modular plug and play type design allows this unit to be added to existing SDS Series sealers at any time. Machine(s) can be ordered without these options when lower production rates are required. As production requirements increase, these options can be added to provide increased productivity.
